Horrible customer service. Product was delivered without all the parts. Repeated attempts to secure these parts were unsuccessful. Simply put, not worth the effort. For this price I could have purchased 3 full size refrigerators.

Did not meet my expectations for a monogram produc

Manual poorly written. Includes several languages. Time consuming and confusing to find information desired in English. Manual should be only written in English. Manual should walk one through the logical sequence of unpacking to installation. Unit does not display actual temperature, only what temperature has been set. For the price paid, the documentation should be straight forward and easy to understand. The wifi feature is nice to allow communication with the device through the internet, however, it appears you can set the temperature desired but cannot read the actual current temperature. I placed an internet enabled sensor from my weather station inside on the top shelf to be able to read actual temperature on my phone. There should be be a way provided to read the actual temperature on the unit™€™s digital display.

Great beverage fridge! Very well made and solid! It is has a light in the back of the unit which illuminates the interior very well. The feature I like most is a shelf that can fold in half allowing taller bottles/cans to be placed on the shelf below.

After a few weeks of ownership, I can say the cooling is excellent. This is one of the few beverage centers on the market that can get the temperature down low enough in the 32-36 F range to keep milk fresh for coffee. The quality is top-notch, it looks high-end, and performs well. Highly recommend.
