This refrigerator works perfectly fine and does exactly what I need it to do. I have it set up in my laundry room, and it™™s been a great addition there. It keeps everything cold and runs reliably. The only downside is that it does make a fairly loud noise for a brief moment when it cycles on. It™™s not constant, but it is noticeable. If I were using it in my kitchen, the noise might bother me. However, since it™™s in the laundry room, I can just close the door and it™™s no issue at all. Overall, I™™m very happy with it for my needs and would recommend it, especially for a secondary space like a garage or laundry room.

This fridge looks great, the appearance is nice. However the ice machine is extremely loud and aggressive. When the water fills up the ice tank you can hear the motor through the walls. The ice comes out so fast and aggressive, Ice goes everywhere. I would not purchase this again.

Love frig but needed to call when ice maker quit. I called many times, they called back, was on hold another 20 minutes then got cut off. Tried again then tried the Whirlpool web site. I have a warranty and got extra warranty to find out you don™™t service this area! I find this to be crap service but I figured out the problem I hope, so far still working. I don™™t know why you don™™t get in touch with Drummond Refrigeration in Rawlins WY to maybe set up a good contract with them to serve this area in WY.

I have only had this fridge for a couple of weeks, so I don't have long-term feedback. However, it seems to function well. The in-door water/ice feature works well. The biggest frustration is that the bottom of the doors has space for more storage, but there is no option for another shelf. I'm guessing it needs room for air circulation, but when you buy a fridge that says 25 cu. ft. you expect to be able to utilize all of it. Other than that, it is pretty nice. The drawers seem a little silly and awkward, but they are functional.

Well, my 3 year old Whirlpool refrigerator compressor went out so I had to get this one. So far, not even a year in the ice maker stopped working. Thankfully it was still under warranty. Just not having luck with these refrigerators, I™™m worried what the future with it will bring :/ I do like the fridge when it™™s working properly though!

I bought this over a month ago and am not really happy with the appliance. I called whirlpool to make an appointment to have someone to command check out the refrigerator that we purchased. Guinco came out and told me it was just the way it was made. There was not any thing we could do about it. 1) The problem I'm having is when I open the left upper door and close the door it pops open the right door. Sometime the left door doesn't close all the way. (2) The ice maker makes a loud popping sound before it dumps the ice. The ice is very loud when dumping in the storage bin. This is more annoying than anything because my old whirlpool refrigerator never did that and was very quiet. The reason we bought a new on is because the problem was it was freezing up behind the crisper drawers in the back. this was addressed several times and some parts were replaced by Guinco. We kept having the same problem and with the warranty expiring it was too much to fix and not knowing if the fix would correct the problem. We kept the old refrigerator and put it in the utility room for extra space but did not hook up the ice maker or the water line. We have not had a problem with it at all since then. I mentioned it to the service technician when he came to check out the new refrigerator and all he could say was he couldn't see where that would have been a problem. I feel that I haven't gotten a reliable answer for any of the problems. If the problem on the old one had been addressed and solved then I wouldn't have had to buy the new one. Now having this issue with the new refrigerator I feel I have just thrown away money. I don't think I will be buying another whirlpool product in the future because its like pulling teeth to get something corrected and then it still isn't fixed.

I have had it for the past month and it's been good. The shelving takes some getting use to, How ever the left door is harder to close than the right door. I find myself having to push on it, harder than the right door. That's bothers me!

Very nice fridge. Large capacity, I can accommodate everything that i normally pout in the fridge without issues. It is missing an egg bin and the wat3er dispenser is kind of loud, but other than that it is very nice. The finish, non print stainless is great, less cleaning. Overall I love it.
