Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Disappointed

Jlopes32 2/20/2026

Disappointed in the quality of this refrigerator. After 7 years had to replace with the same fridge due to difficulty finding size. The new model is very cheaply made. The drawers are very flimsy. There are small details that have been overlooked compared to older models. There are screws that show on the side of the shelves (see pics of old and new) and also the door hinges on the bottom of doors are stainless steel whereas the old ones were black and looked a lot cleaner (see pics). Unfortunately, quality has downhill! Will not purchase again.

So far, so good!

KHdecinti 1/4/2026

We bought this about 3 weeks ago after our 8 year old LG fridge stopped working. As others have said, it™€™s a bit noisier than our last fridge, but we™€™re used to it now and it™€™s not too loud. We decided on a Kitchen Aid after discussions with repair folks. How ridiculous is it that refrigerators are expected to last 8-10 years now?!! As a 50-something person, I™€™m grateful that I remember large appliances lasting 20+ years™€¦ I digress and I am hoping this KA lasts longer than 8 years!!

Not worth the money

Jmayer662 11/30/2025

We have actually returned this refrigerator. Although it looks great from the outside, once you open the doors, it all went downhill. The drawers are cheaply made, and don™€™t fit very well. The refrigerator doors themselves feel flimsy. The freezer drawers are cheaply made and the icemaker is extremely loud.

Great looking. Good storage

The only complaint I have is that fingerprints on stainless steel and difficult to remove. Large spots that need to be cleaned up leave a noticeable darkening on the stainless surface.

I love my new black stainless refrigerator. I wanted to get a KitchenAid as I know their reputation as a quality appliance company. I do love all the room in the refrigerator area, shelves that can be adjusted is perfect. Cold water dispenser is the best!

Great Counter Depth Fridge

We had an older Kichten Aid that needed a replacement. We like the product line and decided to stay with the company. We selected a counter depth and we are very happy with the size for two of us.

Bought this to replace a Kenmore Elite - so it™€™s a little smaller but so far so good. Ice maker makes a little more noise than the Kenmore - but a lot more ice. Noticed the drip on the inside water dispenser but I usually put down a folded napkin to catch any drips. Surprised that it didn™€™t have an air filter but that™€™s on me for not checking online.

Great storage space for this size refrigerator

Greg73 10/3/2025

We purchased this same model refrigeratorGood sto 5 years ago and were very happy with it as the size was perfect for the kitchen space we had to accommodate. We developed a problem with the ice maker leaking water and freezing the adjacent contents and preventing us from opening the roll-out lower freezer door but this was likely our fault for consistently overloading the bottom freezer which I suspect caused the leak. This model has an internal filtered water spout in the upper half. Some might prefer an external water and ice maker.

Noise

Terryvegas 9/24/2025

Very disappointed about how noisy this refrigerator is. I never really heard the compressor running on refrigerators we have had in the past. And I do not understand why the water valve for the ice maker needs to make so much noise. It should click open and the water flow should be silent. Can you explain logically the loud compressor and loud noise when the ice maker is filling with water

Very Noisy Not Happy With New Fridge

Carol CNV 7/19/2025

Very noisy. Had issues freezing over too. Seal was broken. We live on a lake and today at 5am I heard a motorboat. When I got downstairs I realized its the refrigerator. The noise is bonkers. Repair out 2x already. I wanted to love kitchenaid, the aesthetic is great but the noise is beyond belief. I never had a noisy refrigerator before. The repair will be back in August because of our work schedules. The refrigerator is only 4 months old.

Works fine so far

It works 7/11/2025

The main reason I got this refrigerator was to replace a Samsung that had a horrible in-door icemaker. I wanted the icemaker in the freezer, where it belongs and this model filled the bill. I also really liked the design. It has worked fine in the few months I™€™ve had it. Only complaints are that it is noisier than the Samsung, the interior lighting is not very bright and is easily blocked when you put items on the top shelf. Also the door ajar alarm does not seem to work. I™€™ve got a technician coming to look at the alarm.

Great Color

Teddy! 7/2/2025

Overall, this refrigerator has a sleek design and fits well in my kitchen space thanks to its counter-depth layout. The interior is thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to organize food, and the cooling performance has been reliable so far. However, I will not be using the interior water dispenser. From past experience, I™€™ve found that plastic tubing in water-dispensing systems tends to develop buildup over time, which can lead to black mold or bacterial growth. This is the same reason I no longer use my Waterpik™€"it also develops this kind of contamination in its plastic components, even with regular cleaning. I prefer not to risk this issue in my fridge as well. If you™€™re someone who uses water dispensers regularly, just be aware of the maintenance involved and the potential for hidden buildup in the internal lines. Otherwise, this is a solid refrigerator with great features and quiet operation.

Not happy

notused 6/15/2025

Within the first 48 hrs the freezer would not hold "0" degrees temp (factory setting). Temperature would vary from 3 to 12 degrees hour to hour. Water drops and frost everywhere. Freezer light switch had frost and ice build-up so that it was inoperable. Reported to Home Depot (seller) and they sent an installer / tech to review. The gentleman agreed that the freezer was not operating correctly and a replacement refridgerator has been ordered. It is due to arrive by end of June.

Very disappointed in the ice making. It continues to make ice even after the bin is full, and therefore the ice falls into the basket of the freezer. Also, the drawer that pulls out in the freezer if VERY difficult to pull. It does not glide smoothly.

I like it and its finish. Don't like the way you reversed the button for the ice water. takes 2 hands now and I have bad shoulders. Don't like that goofy little swinging "shelf" that is a space waster. And don't like that I have to turn off the ice maker when the box is too full.
